噴油機作業和性能結構
噴油機作業時,房內由于引風機的作用而處于負壓狀態,保證了時的粉塵不會外瀉,維持了干凈整潔的外部環境。噴出后散落的丸料經由氣流回收系統被回收進儲料箱內,以備下一循環的供料。產生的粉塵則被吸入除塵系統的管道,經濾芯除塵器清理后,達到環保指標的廢氣被高空排放。
性能結構特點:整個室由工作室、系統、氣流回收模塊、照明系統、除塵系統、控制系統、人工呼吸防護系統等組成,噴油機工作室。
